Cell Phone Wallpapers By: Wesley Webber
No longer a toy, except perhaps for young people who only use a few of the phones functions, the cell phone has become a trusted companion. Manufacturers it seems develop cell phones now with facilities that are aimed purely at the younger generation because they are more likely to want to change their phone as each new model is launched. However, they never foresaw this boom some years back but manufacturers have been quick to flood the marketplace with functional and high-tech cellular phones. Already the sale and use of land line phone has decreased despite the global reduction in call costs as cell phones become ever more useful. In an attempt to make each persons phone distinctly their own, cellular phone wallpapers, or backgrounds, have been developed.
The internet has been a big help with obtaining wallpaper directly available online. Newer cell phones can also send images from one phone to another so your friends can share similar backgrounds, even from the built in digital camera. Additionally, this modern technology also allows a picture taken from a digital camera to function as your phone wallpaper but you will need to upload the image to your phone.
Why not add some text as well, possibly something funny to your cellular phone wallpaper, just to add a little more of your personality. For the many cell phone users that are not able to customize their phone in this way, it is not something that should really concern them. Additionally, models even without wallpapers can still have their own personality; personalized ring tones may do the job of giving your phone personality as well. Anyway, the basic features of cellular phone like sending and receiving calls do not require these options.
Text messages are a prime example of this because you can send one without anything else being needed. I suppose it is nice to be able to customize with cellular phone wallpapers but wouldn't you prefer one that worked as well and didn't just impress other people? Many people become angry by others use of phones so remember that you have a responsibility to others when you make a call. Many people will judge you by how you use your cell phone as it shows what type of person you are.
Turning off your phone when you are in a meeting for example, shows respect for those that are also there. Good behavior can be catching and yours may lead others to do the same, be different, do not do what others do just because it is easier. Respect is a two way street so to have respect from others means you have to earn it and then there is the opportunity that others around you will copy your lead.
